Sea buckthorn contains more than 190 bioactive substances - a multitude of antioxidants, 18 amino acids, 14 vitamins, 4 provitamins, microelements and unsaturated fatty acids. It contains a high concentration of palmitic acid, an ingredient that is part of the building blocks of human skin. It also has a record amount of concentrated vitamins.
