Nettle

Nettle is one of the common weeds. It is widely used in herbal medicine, cosmetics, and more recently in the kitchen. Herbal raw materials of nettle are leaves and roots. The leaves contain a high concentration of natural dyes, tannins, flavonoids, vitamins, as well as mineral salts. The roots, on the other hand, contain organic acids, sterols, polysaccharides and valuable pectin.
