Kaolin

Kaolin (china clay) is a sedimentary rock mined mainly in China, Russia, and Poland, with a non-specific, oily consistency. It owes its usual name to the probable site of its first extraction. The raw material is widely used in the cosmetic and medicinal industries due to its significant content of trace elements and mineral salts.

Kaolin is primarily used as a filler for cosmetics. It is valued especially for its natural origin and richness in nutrients, nurturing the skin properly.

Kaolin is a great regulator of sebum secretion, making it an excellent treatment for oily and combination skin prone to oiliness. At the same time, it effectively protects the skin from the effects of irritation, accelerating healing and having a soothing effect. The texture of kaolin makes it easier to spread cosmetics on the surface of the skin due to its good lubricity. The high aluminum content has an astringent effect on the pores, while deeply nourishing, regenerating and smoothing the skin. At the same time, it gives it a beautiful appearance and natural vitality.
