The maximum weight of a DHL parcel is 25-28 kg, DPD - 10 kg, and InPost International parcels - 25 kg. All orders are processed, delivered and shipped only on business days (i.e. Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. Some products may not be available for international shipping.

A table of postal codes where the zone surcharge applies is available on the DPD website. In this case, the cost of delivery of the order, regardless of its value, is EUR 28.80 (including VAT), except in Sweden where the cost of delivery with a zone surcharge is EUR 42.80 (including VAT).

The prices shown are gross prices and include VAT (if applicable). The execution of the order is a maximum of 7 working days counted from the date of commencement of the order. To this time should be added the time of the carrier, which is given above.

Listed prices are converted according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the day the order is placed. The delivery times shown are standard, expressed in working days, and do not take into account the time required for the customs procedure in the country of delivery. Prices of goods and delivery costs do not include possible customs duties, which are paid by the Customer. The amount of these fees depends on the real value of the goods (without discounts), the real value of transporting the shipment (without discounts) and the cost of insurance. Any delivery outside the European Union is carried out in accordance with international trade rules (INCOTERMS CIF). In the case of an order for delivery to a destination lying outside the borders of the Member States of the European Union, the price of the purchased goods due will be increased accordingly by the value of the customs duties due.
