At MACROVITA.pl you are guaranteed the same as in traditional store All goods purchased from our online shop are covered by manufacturer's warranty and are replaced if they have manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or mechanical damage. Complaints are dealt with within 14 days from the date of receipt by our store with the product shipment. Filing a complaint The complaint may be filed by mail or courier by sending your product with the completed claim form and a copy of the receipt / invoice to our address.
In case of justified complaints, replace the full blown product. If a replacement is no longer possible (i.e. due to exhaustion of the range), we will pay the equivalent price of the product or offer other products available in the store. The choice is yours! We always kept you informed about complaint process. In any case, do not send a complaint in the form of shipping payable upon receipt. This package will not be accepted by us. Check each shipment perceived Regardless of the method of delivery, please carefully check the shipment received. If it is damaged, open the package with the courier.
