The prices are gross and include VAT (23%). Performance of the contract is a maximum of 7 working days from the date of commencement of the contract. Until that time, you should add the delivery time, which is given above.

1). Parcel at RUCH
An insured parcel which can be collected in one of more than 22.500 of the RUCH newsstand (method of delivery available only at the territory of Poland). Upon collecting your parcel from a RUCH newsstand, one ought to state the number of your consignment, and also a four-digit code, which is forwarded in a text message. Your consignment will be waiting for you at the RUCH newsstand for five business days. After the passage of this period of time, your order will be returned to our store. A failure to collect your consignment shall have the effect identical with cancelling your order. The largest possible sum of cash payment upon delivery amounts to 500 PLN. The option of delivery is not available in the case of large-size merchandise. At the collection points at RUCH newsstands, return or complaints shall not be received. 2). Packstations of the InPost
Modern system of more than 1.800 postal boxes (method of delivery available only at the territory of Poland). Collecting a parcel is possible after receiving from the InPost company an e-mail message, or a short text message, confirming the possibility of collecting the merchandise. Upon collecting the parcel from a packstation, one ought to state the number of a mobile phone provided when placing your order, and also the code, which is sent in a short text message. Your consignment will be waiting in the packstation for 3 calendar days. After the passage of this period of time, for subsequent 10 calendar days, it will be possible to collect your parcel in the nearest branch of InPost. After 14 days since the day of delivering the parcel to the packstation, your consignment will be returned to our store. A failure to collect your consignment shall have the effect identical with cancelling your order. The largest possible sum of cash payment upon delivery amounts to 500 PLN. The consignment are insured. The option of delivery is not available in the case of large-size merchandise. 3). DPD Courier
Insured consignments – 99% of them are delivered on the following day (and the maximum delivery time is three days). The DPD Couriers deliver consignments from Monday until Friday (business days) between 9 o'clock in the morning and 5 o'clock in the afternoon. We kindly request that you select such an address of delivery for your consignment that will make it possible to deliver it successfully in the time mentioned above. Should you indicate the address of your workplace as the address of delivery, it is necessary to provide the name of the company you work for. The particulars relevant to the number of your consignment are forwarded by us by means of an e-mail message sent after handing the parcel over to a courier company. 4). Polish Post (Poczta Polska)
Orders are dispatched by us as insured economy parcels (sent as a well-protected parcel). The current location of your consignment may be monitored on the website having the following address: http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en.

Check every consignment that is collected

We kindly request that you check your consignment while it is being collected thoroughly. If it is damaged, a parcel ought to be opened in the presence of a courier or in that of a postman/courier. In the case of the contents being found to have been damaged, a damage report (a consignment damage report) ought to be drawn up. It will be useful when a complaint concerning the service of delivery is being lodged.
