Delivery in 2-3 business days. You need a code for pickup, which you will receive via SMS. You have 3 working days to collect your package. The shipment can be tracked on the ORLEN Paczka website.
	PACZKOMATY INPOST prepayment: PLN 12.90 (from PLN 50 - free) \| cash on delivery: no options A modern system of over 15,000 post office boxes. Delivery even in 1 business day. Parcel collection possible after receiving an e-mail or SMS from InPost. The parcel will be waiting in a parcel locker for 2 days. The parcel can be tracked on the InPost website.
	PICKUP POINTS (POST OFFICES AND POST BOXES, ORLEN FUEL STATIONS, ŻABKA STORES) prepayment: PLN 12.90 (from PLN 199 - free) \| cash on delivery: no options Fast shipment via Poczta Polska to over 12,000 points: Post offices, Żabka stores, ORLEN stations, RUCH kiosks and vending machines in Biedronka. Delivery usually 1-2 business days. You will receive an SMS or e-mail about the possibility of pickup. The parcel can be tracked on the website of Poczta Polska.
	INPOST COURIER prepayment: PLN 15.90 (from PLN 199 - free) \| cash on delivery: PLN 18.90 99% insured shipments delivered next day (max. 3 days). Couriers deliver parcels from Monday to Friday (working days) from 9-17. The shipment can be monitored on an ongoing basis on the InPost website.
	DPD COURIER prepayment: PLN 15.90 (from PLN 199 - free) \| cash on delivery: PLN 18.90 99% insured shipments delivered next day (max. 3 days). Couriers deliver parcels from Monday to Friday (working days) from 9-17. The shipment can be monitored on an ongoing basis on the DPD website.
	POLISH POST - POCZTEX COURIER prepayment: PLN 15.90 (from PLN 199 - free) \| cash on delivery: PLN 18.90 A modern shipment carried out by the Courier of Poczta Polska. Delivery to the address indicated within max. 2 working days. The package is insured. You will receive an SMS or e-mail informing about the delivery. The parcel can be tracked on the website of Poczta Polska.

The prices are gross and include VAT.

The execution of the order is a maximum of 7 business days counted from the date of commencement of the contract, unless in exceptional circumstances a longer period is given directly when placing the order. Until then, the time of the carrier that we present when placing the order should be added. The given delivery times are standard, expressed in working days.

Check every consignment that is collected

We kindly request that you check your consignment while it is being collected thoroughly. If it is damaged, a parcel ought to be opened in the presence of a courier or in that of a postman/courier. In the case of the contents being found to have been damaged, a damage report (a consignment damage report) ought to be drawn up. It will be useful when a complaint concerning the service of delivery is being lodged.
