We have extended up to 30 days statutory 14 days to withdraw from the contract. We enable you to make a calm, thoughtful decision in your own home.

You don't have to worry about returning your order and you don't waste time filling out paperwork. At MACROVITA.pl we have provided a convenient returns wizard that will generate a return label for you. All you have to do is print it out and send your parcel at one of the several thousand Parcel Machines.

How to conveniently send back products from your order?

1. Sign in to your account and in the "PRODUCT RETURNS" section, select "add return". Select the order from which you want to return the products and indicate the products you want to send back.

2. Choose the option to return using InPost Parcel Post return shipping. The cost of return shipping is only 9 PLN. This amount will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.

3. Go further to choose the form of cash refund - by transfer to your bank account or to your balance in the store, allowing you to use the funds for your next purchases.

4. Accept the return request and print it together with the return package label. Sign the generated withdrawal document and place it in the prepared return shipment. Remove the old label if you are using the same box in which we delivered the order. Stick the printed label on the carton.

5. Go to any Parcel Machine. The barcode from the label will open any parcel machine in Poland so that you can send a return shipment at a convenient location!

The above information is only a proposal for the return of orders delivered within Poland and in no way limits the statutory right to withdraw from the contract. You can use this option, but it is not mandatory. You can also send the item back to us in the way you choose, paying the direct costs of returning the item. Details are presented HERE.

Please note that in accordance with our terms and conditions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the contract for which the object of performance is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.
